We would like to recognize the outstanding customer service we received several of your staff members. While staying a couple of days at Tapatio Springs, we had an unfortunate incident happen when we locked our keys in our Land Rover. After several hours and several AAA crews, they were unable to gain access and the next morning we finally hadto have a key cut.
Kristine at the front desk was so nice and helpful, saying she could have one of their staff take us to Haupstrauss and Redwood Avenue where our vehicle was to meet the AAA truck. Frank offered to take us, even though it was at 9 pm, and was so kind as to wait for over three hours while AAA sent a couple of different lock specialist to try to gain access to the vehicle. r don’t know too many people who would not only drop you off, but offer to stay and wait with you the entire time!
Also, please forgive us, but my husband couldn’t remember the gentleman’s name (he believes it was Martin) who at 7:30 am was kind enough to drop him off at the vehicle once again to have the key cut.
And although it took quite some time for our meals to arrive, Bobby was so pleasant and accommodating in the restaurant, it made up for it.
Everyone was so kind and more than willing to help – you must be so proud of your team!
They all deserve a big pat on the back and some recognition of exceeding customer service and expectations. Frank really went above and beyond and we truly appreciate it!
We will definitely spread the word on the wonderful hospitality we experienced while staying at Tapatio Srings!
Sincerely,
Philippe and Jill
